Each is home for four people who have behavioral challenges as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Opportunities are now available with our professional staff to directly serve and support our residents.
Day to day work will focus on assisting residents with activities of daily living, facilitating various pro-social activities, monitoring and implementing behavior plans, and helping ensure our homes are safe for both residents and staff.

Compensation ranging from $18.
50 / hr.
to $27.
00 / hr.
(hourly compensation dependent upon relevant experience, credentials, and tenure with Liberty) Opportunities for professional advancement into multiple levels of leadership positions Extensive training and supervised hours to acquire various certifications - including Direct Support Professional (DSP) I & II, as well as Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)Full-time employees are eligible thirty 8-hour days (240 hours) of paid time off annually and comprehensive benefits -click here for details.
Full-time schedules are available across all day, evening, and overnight shifts.
Some weekend work is required.
