Director of Marketing

We are seeking a tenacious Director of Marketing who has a proven track record of providing an overall strategy in marketing efforts within the residential market of the San Diego area, including integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels (canvassing, telemarketing, phone sales, radio, home shows, street fairs, fundraisers, B2B networking, print and direct mail campaigns, etc.) The primary duties of the director of marketing will be to generate interest and leads for our product lines by creating and implementing strategic marketing and business plans. This position will report and work closely with the Director of Sales and Channel Development.


Minimum of (5) years experience in marketing in one or more of the following fields: solar, home improvement, financing, cable, home security
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns resulting in $6-$10 million in annual revenue
Established contacts with businesses (home security, insurance, finance, cable, pest control, etc.)
Social media skills (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.)
Team player and goal orientated
Professional & Effective communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and achieve goals
Detailed orientated with great organization skills
Valid driver's license
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a huge plus
Salary plus quarterly bonuses based on territory performance
Use of company car

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
