Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Concrete Order Taker.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders for concrete products from customers and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and emails from customers requesting concrete orders Enter customer orders into our computer system accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate with the dispatch team to schedule deliveries and ensure that the orders are dispatched to the correct location Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and any changes to the order Resolve customer complaints and issues related to their orders Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and other relevant information Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or order taking role preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office, DigitalFleet, Integra and order processing systems Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends Why should you apply?
