The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual, with prior experience in Senior Living.
As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with the admissions process, touring perspective residents and their family, and help with in-person assesments.
Dynamic and charismatic persona required! Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and families with the admissions process - Collect and verify patient information, including medical records and insurance details - Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers - Follow up on incoming leads for perspective families - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, families, and medical staff - Go getter attitude - Provide administrative support to Executive Director team as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in Memory Car/Assisted Living required - Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and phone systems - Knowledge of medical records management and administrative support - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Benefits & Compensation:
