We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Escondido office as an Office Coordinator/Receptionist.
This might be the job for you if you are:
A self-starter who has a knack for implementing order and processes Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines and deliverables An excellent communicator (verbal and written) Someone who possesses an eye for detail Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator job:
- Provide overall general support to an office of over 50 employees - Manage office inventory and order office supplies - Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets - Answer incoming calls and provide customer service - Provide administrative assistance as needed -Review timesheets and process invoices - Facilitates information flow between the corporate office, management, and office and field employees.
- Persistent in follow-through with all tasks assigned Education and
Experience:
High school diploma (or equivalent) plus one year related experience.
Special skills:
Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat.
Knowledge in QuickBooks a plus.
