Job Description:
As a Child Care Worker, you'll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program, and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students.
You'll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student's treatment plan.
There is no previous experience required for this role.
Training will be provided, but if you do have related experience and/or education, you may be eligible to start above entry-level The Perks:

Monday through Sunday We are a 24 hour operation so schedules are based off of availability.
To be considered, you should:
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Have a desire to work with troubled teens.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Valid Child Development Teaching Permit or 12 Semester Units of Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development, or Psychology or Valid certificate as an Alcohol Counselor, Drug Counselor or Alcohol and Drug counselor or one year of previous experience employed as a full-time staff at a group home, short-term residential therapeutic program, or substance abuse treatment program.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Have relevant life experience in the child welfare, mental health or juvenile justice systems as a consumer, mentor, or caregiver, or life experience with children who have experienced high levels of trauma, or other relevant experience as determined by the department What you will do:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
