WATER RESTORATION LEAD TECHNICIAN Superior Responsibilities Perform field restoration activities including demolition (removal of drywall, insulation, carpet and carpet pad, etc.
) cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack out and storage and other specialized cleaning.
Fast response to emergency water/fire damage claims and other restoration-related activities within the company.
Set up and operate equipment such as moisture detectors and water removers.
Using company software to update or review job information and thoroughly document work done (take photos and properly document all work).
Superior Expectations Customer Focus & Team Oriented Dependable and Reliable Problems Solving & Strategic Thinking Integrity & Excellence Maintain exceptional communication between clients and peers Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
