Experience:
o 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is preferred.
o 12 months of travel experience is preferred.
o Experience with Cerner is required.
Requirements:
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o COVID booster required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Declinations not accepted.

-The following specialties have a required exam that may be completed during onboarding.
RN - Intensive / Critical Care Unit ICU CCU, Oncology, Emergency Room, Post Anesthesia Recovery (PACU), Progressive Intermediate Step Down PCU, Telemetry, Medical / Surgical, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy -Interviews may not be available prior to an offer.
Additionally, if candidate receives an offer, they have 48 hours to accept or decline otherwise the facility will retract offer and move onto the next candidate.
Palomar will not accept excessive RTO and nurse can only have RTO over one holiday - You must work the other holidays.
2 - 3 years as Cath/EP Tech Certified Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist(RCES).
Avg around 8 call shifts per month, including 24 hour call on wknds
M-F night call until 630 am.
Weekday call starts at 1700 or 1900.
Maximum days off:
