Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone and manage visitor log Check-in new and returning patients as well as verify and scan MMJ Recommendations if they are a medical patients Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through providing excellent customer service Listen to patients needs and provide guidance and education on products Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Process POS system purchases; handle returns of merchandise Fulfill opening/ closing duties Maintain fully stocked displays Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times General cleaning duties including sanitization, wiping counters and organizing displays Desired Skills:
