The HR Assistant will support the HR Operations department during a crucial file migration project.
This role will play a key role in transferring HR files from a shared server to a cloud-based filing management system.
Additionally, this role will ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the file transfer process.
This is a full-time, temporary project-based role, expected to last around 4 months.
This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities Assists in the migration of personnel records from various systems to a new central file management system Ensures accurate and secure transfers of sensitive employee information Collaborates with the HR Operations Manager and HR Compliance Specialist to resolve migration-related issues Conducts thorough checks to validate accuracy of migrated data Identifies and corrects discrepancies or errors in transferred files Serves as backup support to front office administrative assistant and HR Coordinators, as needed Qualifications Education/Experience High school diploma/GED required One year data entry, file management, or related experience required Experience with HR processes and terminology preferred Experience with DocuSign, UKG, Paylocity, or other HRIS systems preferred Additional Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to apply attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent planning and organizational ability Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional and ethical manner Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry 10 lbs/weight Ability to stand for long periods Pay Range:
$21.
46- $26.
23 per hour, depending on experience.
Experience Required 1 year(s):

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
