Essential Functions:
Supervise quality, frequency, intensity and duration of clinical services at California locations including STRTP, group home, and non-residential services.
Support site compliance with Medi-Cal, DHCS, DSS, and CCL requirements.
Monitor productivity metrics for direct service hours for all site clinical staff.
Provide support and accountability as needed.
Provide clinical licensure supervision for staff, as required.
Works closely with Site Clinical Teams regarding the mental health needs of students, assisting in the behavior management of students with mental illness or mental issues.
Reviews and supports treatment program schedules and calendars to support clinically appropriate levels of intervention to meet student needs.
Coordinates contracted services (psychological, psychiatric, specialized treatment and community programs).
Monitors, evaluates and corrects the daily performance of clinical program staff.
Provides on-going clinical supervision to the therapeutic personnel regarding treatment and gender-specific issues.
Oversees and evaluates quality and frequency of individual, group, family and case management services provided by the therapeutic personnel.
Reviews and analyzes current program elements, provides suggestions and direction to the Site Management Committee and/or Program Directors to ensure the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct and to ensure the program remains in compliance with agency licensing and Rite of Passage policies and procedures.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Human Services.
Current State licensure - LCSW, LMFT or LPCC.
Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
Five years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.
If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver.
Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.
Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
