Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries or concerns - File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labeled - Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and arranging logistics - Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, making necessary edits or revisions - Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate personnel - Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed - Assist with dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records - Operate phone systems to transfer calls or take messages - Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Familiarity with customer service principles and practices - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
