Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge about various cigars and guide customers in their selection.
Efficiently operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and perform basic math for cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including regular cleaning of ashtrays and display areas.
Restock shelves and ensure cigars and related products are attractively displayed.
Engage with customers to answer questions and provide detailed product information.
Promote and educate customers about our store loyalty program and any special promotions.
Experience:
Experience in retail, particularly in cigars or related products, is highly preferred.
Must possess basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Additional Requirements:
Must be of legal age to handle and sell tobacco products.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

We offer a base pay of $16 per hour, plus tips.
On average, our staff earns an additional $5 to $10 per hour in tips Employee discounts.
