The position consists of answering phones, processing alarm signals and dispatching proper authorities, helping customers, accurate data entry, scheduling service technicians, filing, and programming panel information.
Must be computer literate with good phone skills.
We are a 24 hour, 365 days a year company, Reliability, working holidays and weekends is a must.
We offer medical, dental and life insurance, sick pay and holiday pay.
We require pre-employment physical and drug test.
