The position involves supporting three attorneys by performing a variety of legal administrative duties, including drafting and proofreading legal correspondence and documents; filing, organizing, and copying legal documents; and answering phones and communicating with attorneys and clients.
In addition, the position involves office management duties, including ordering supplies, communicating with vendors, and making travel arrangements for attorneys.
Applicants should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and be able to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, plus strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook).
