0 Escondido, CA Escondido, CA Full-time Full-time From $23 an hour From $23 an hour Join our team! Parkway Endoscopy Center is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Technician to join our fast-paced Gastroenterology Center located in central Escondido.
No weekends, or on-call! Workdays for this position will include five 8-hour shifts per week with variable start times based on patient schedule.
Primary duties include assisting physicians with procedures such as colonoscopies, assisting with the positioning of patients and specimen collection, reprocessing and cleaning scopes, and overall delivering exceptional patient care within the unit.
Successful candidate will be team-minded, detail-oriented, dependable, organized, strong at multi-tasking, and dedicated to high quality patient care.
Level and pay depend on
Experience:
starting $20 per hour.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Endoscopy Technician/surgical tech preferred.
Candidates with GI experience preferred.
Bilingual preferred Current BLS certification (or obtained prior to start date) Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Strong commitment to patient care.
