James Coffee Company James Coffee Company Escondido, CA Escondido, CA Full-time Full-time $19 - $22 an hour $19 - $22 an hour We are looking for a baker to join our bakery in Escondido! Description James Coffee is seeking a motivated baker to complete our bakery team.
This role will primarily work in making croissant dough, lamination, and shaping pastry items.
Ideal candidates will have some baking experience, but we provide on the job training.
Please note:
No overnight shifts required.
Shift starts 4am and is 8 hours long.
This position is available part time.
Must be available on the weekends.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Produce pastries according to the daily production schedule.
Follow recipes and production protocol explicitly Help other bakers when needed Follow all health code regulations Requirements:
Current Food Handler's Card (can be completed upon hire) Be able to communicate and understand English Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (minimum of 8 hours a day).
