Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed, including order input when needed - Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize various software programs such as Netsuite to perform daily tasks - File and organize documents, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping - Assist with payment processing
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Experience in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and Netsuite - Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing, and project coordination is a plus Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
