We'll be holding a Medical Assistant Job Fair on Friday, November 3rd from 9 AM to 12 PM at our Downtown Escondido Clinic.
Please apply and we'll reach out to try and schedule you for an interview that morning! ROLE OVERVIEW and PURPOSE Medical Assistants work to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by providing excellent patient-centered care and services within a dynamic team environment.
Medical Assistants support various providers (physicians, PAs and RNs) and ensures efficient patient-centered care in one of three main categories:
direct patient care, provider & team support, and clinical administration.
High school diploma or GED required Medical Certificate from an accredited program required One year as a medical assistant preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
At some sites, it's required.
Neighborhood Healthcare requires employees to be fully vaccinated (including a booster dose) against COVID-19 and demonstrate proof of vaccination/booster upon hire or receive approval for an exemption based on a medical reason, disability or religious belief.
Proof of booster dose will be contingent upon booster eligibility.
Pay Range:
$19.
