The Development Coordinator will help implement and manage all aspects of the capital campaign.
This role will provide administrative support to the Philanthropy and Capital Campaign team by executing elements of the campaign and communications plans, including processing gifts, managing the donor database system, assisting with donor cultivation and stewardship, and providing support for campaign events.
Roles & Responsibilities Coordinates campaign gift processing, recognition, acceptance policies, correspondence, pledge payments/reminders, and proper implementation of naming opportunities Maintains donor and prospect database by performing data entry activities including gift entry, event attendee tracking, and prospect/donor research Assists in generating and producing digital and print campaign mailings Performs data imports/exports and mail/e-mail merges for events and activity support Designs reports and queries for mailings/invitations Works with management on donor database requests and reporting, as needed Assists with cultivation and stewardship events/activities implementation Creates customized fundraising packets and presentation materials for use by C-suite, Director of External Affairs, campaign committees, and other representatives Conducts proactive and reactive prospect research to assist in donor and prospect qualification process Coordinates communication between fundraising, marketing, and PR efforts, including website updates, social media, newsletter, e-mails, collateral materials, and publicity campaigns Coordinates and executes cultivation and fundraising events, including planning, support, and logistics Supports manager to recruit, train, and oversee campaign volunteers and committees Works with appropriate staff and vendors to develop campaign/marketing materials, including event invitations and event signage Assists with creating compelling event content, developing social media campaigns, and using various channels to promote interests and drive attendance Conducts post-event evaluations, collects feedback from attendees, and assesses the effectiveness of each event, including providing recommendations for improvements and implement lessons learned for future events Requirements Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
Two years of non-profit development and/or fundraising experience required; three years' experience preferred.
Experience with wealth screening platforms preferred.
Additional Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Knowledgeable about and experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Knowledgeable about and experience with Constant Contact and CANVA Excellent donor database skills Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and project management skills Excellent planning and organizational ability Ability to work flexible schedules when needed Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional and ethical manner Neighborhood Healthcare requires employees to be fully vaccinated (including a booster dose) against COVID-19 and demonstrate proof of vaccination/booster upon hire or receive approval for an exemption based on a medical reason, disability or religious belief.
Proof of booster dose will be contingent upon booster eligibility.
Pay range:
$32.
50 to $39.
50 per hour, depending on experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
