Your main job is to dispatch out the drivers to the correct calls and keep all our areas covered at the same time.
There is no experience required , We are willing to train.
You need to be efficient in priortizing certain calls and still staying in communication with the team and the customers.
We are looking for a team player ready to hop in and dispatch whatever comes our way, weather it be a cash call, AAA and more! Key Qualities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.

Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and trends.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
