Fast paced office setting We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/transition to account manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and take messages.
creating and mailing violations/Architectural request communicate with association vendors/new vendors Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare reports and documents as needed.
Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and data entry.
