We are currently looking for an individual to manage the day to day operations of our service dispatch/CRM Bookings.
This requires monitoring service feeds and install calendar and making updates and changes.
You will be in direct communication at times with the Install/Sales Manager.
You will be communicating with installation technicians as well.
This position requires quality control for our install/service side to maintain our 5 star reviews, maintaining these reviews and customer satisfaction is top priority, responding to service clients, calling and booking in a timely manner is crucial to this position.
We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to think fast on their feet in a fast paced environment, while providing friendly professional customer service to all of our customers.
Job Requirements:
2 Years CRM experience Fast paced environment 2 years customer service Attention to detail Organized Some of the daily tasks that you will be responsible for include:
Reviewing and responding/updating client bookings in our service feeds.
Answering telephone calls Calling clients to schedule service appts Organizing required documents Communication is crucial for this position in our service text feeds Scheduling and updating install schedule on CRM.
updating and holding install service technicians accountable for CRM accuracy Managing and consistently updating clients profiles in CRM, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
The individual we are looking to hire should be very personable, must be professional at all times, and must maintain a positive, friendly attitude with all of our customers.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.
Proficient in reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work overtime as needed to meet service needs.
