In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various customer service functions, ensuring seamless scheduling and deployment of our team members (cleaners), and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be crucial in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Deployment:
Coordinate customer appointments and update schedules with new customer information.
Provide daily appointments/routes to team members.
Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary information and tools to meet customer expectations.
Customer Issue Management:
Act as the first point of contact for addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
Work closely with the Manager and Trainer to provide input on training needs and specific team member development areas.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer expectations and communicate them effectively to the team.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete daily close-out processes, including entering data on time spent at customers' homes, mileage, updating customer information, submitting weekly payroll, and updating the accounts payable system.
Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
Ensure compliance with HR requirements, such as maintaining associate files, I-9s, bulletin board postings, payroll, and annual safety training.
Ancillary Revenue Generation:
Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through upselling services like refrigerator, oven, window cleanings, and disinfection services.
General Support:
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Prepare laundry for the following day.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
Assist with equipment or supply delivery to teams as needed.
Customer Engagement and Feedback:
Conduct quality control calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Respond to customer reviews and document customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and scheduling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
