Job Duties for Dispatcher/Customer Service Representatives:
Field calls from residents who reside in the communities we provide patrol services for, and troubleshoot customer concerns and issues.
Process calls for service Process parking permit requests Heavy data entry Communicate and dispatch calls to patrol personnel Generate reports Minimum Job Requirements:
Previous Dispatcher OR Customer Service/call-center experience, preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
Above-average typing skills, with minimal spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors.
Average proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be able to multi-task in a busy office setting.
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen, if you are awarded a conditional offer of employment.
