Position will work in our Mobile Dental Services Operation $500 SIGN ON BONUSfor either Internal or External Employees!
Summary:
Under the direction of the Dentist, provide office support services that function in a manner to permit dental care to be provided with optimal efficiency, quality and patient satisfaction.
Will also serve as a contact between Neighborhood Healthcare and the community, participating in preventative health education activities in the community.
RequirementsSkills:
Effective ability to relate to and work with persons of all ages, social and ethnic backgrounds.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
Ability to operate computer data terminals or willingness to be trained.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Work independently and take initiative.
Education:
Dental Assistant License, Current CPR Certification required.
X-Ray license required.
Experience:
Minimum of one year experience as a DA in a Dental Office or related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
oFine hand manipulation, picking up, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.
oGrasping.
Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
oFeeling.
Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
oTalking.
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
oHearing.
Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discrimination in sound.
oLight work.
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
oThe worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
oThe worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
