One year of Customer Service experience High School Diploma or GED Pay:
$18-$25 per hour Healthcare Call Center Representative II Requirements:
2-3 years of Call Center Experience High School Diploma or GED Pay:
$18-$25 per hour Healthcare Call Center Representative III Requirements:
2-5 years of Call Center Experience including at least one year of Healthcare Call Center experience Familiar with medical terminology preferred.
Familiarity with spreadsheets and databases Strong communication and organizational skills High School Diploma or GED required/Associates Degree preferred Pay:
$18-$25 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
