We are currently seeking a diligent and ambitious Administrative Assistant to support our owner and management team.
Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the company owner, assisting her with day-to-day operations and helping to streamline her schedule and tasks.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, develop a comprehensive understanding of our business, and contribute meaningfully to our growth and success.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage the owner's schedule by setting, maintaining, and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as a point of contact between the owners and clients, partners, or staff, managing emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Maintain and update documentation and databases, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and data.
Organize and maintain the office layout and order stationery and equipment as needed.
Take detailed minutes during meetings and follow up on actions from meetings.
Perform ad-hoc tasks (personal or professional) that assist in achieving business objectives.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be Mac proficient.
Competent in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
