The correct person for the job understands time management as well as managing urgency while doing specific jobs so that all details can be taken care of at each house during each visit.
In this industry you either know what it takes or you don't, its not something you can fake.
Looking to hire somebody that loves gardening and lawn maintenance and who is serious.
Somebody that knows what it takes to make yards beautiful and is pro active about it.
