As a front office staff, your main job is to help our managers save time and leverage it to work on practice growth.

Support the team with administrative tasks, contributing to smooth office operations.
Schedule Management and Patient Communication.
Onboarding new clients and supporting patients and team during enrollment.
Manage patient flow within the office.
Front Office cleanliness and organization Who we are looking for:
Bilingual is a plus:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Engage with patients and colleagues with empathy and professionalism.
Quick Learner:
Adapt to new tasks and procedures with ease during on-site training.
Customer Service
Experience:
Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
